The Astro/R is readily recognizable by the new, sleek, aerodynamically shaped outer shell. To establish its place as the leading helmet in this category, the Astro/R has a partly replaceable interior. The ventilation, including the chin vent, system is updated with deeper moulded in ducts and the breath deflector of the Corsair model is used.

Penetration Resistance.

The penetration test of falling the 3 kg cone test striker through a height of 300 cm is conducted, although it is not required by European helmet standard.

Hybrid Multi-Density Foam EPS Liner.

Hyper Ridge.

Reinforcement at the bottom of the outer shell for more strength, including the area around rear exhaust vents.

TDF & TDR.

Smooth shell surface through integrated twin vents on the front, twin exhaust vents on the rear. Move more cooling air throughout the interior and displace hot air.

Chin Vent.

Two position vent with integrated filter: half open directs the airflow down, full open for visor demist function.

Removable Interior Lining

Plush removable and fully washable interior is easily cleaned to provide a fresh helmet whenever you desire.
