Galespeed wheels are made in Japan, from forged aluminium. The method of manufacturing results in a much stronger material than used in the original equipment cast alloy wheels and therefore allows for thinner rim construction, which effectively reduces the wheels weight whilst retaining the necessary strength for road use.
