Stock & Shipping Times
We do not and cannot carry every product and every model in stock. Due to this we have extended lead-times on some products which are manufactured to order.
To give you an idea of the times involved:
Racefit Exhausts - approx. 5 Working Days (can be to 15 working days as products can be built to order.)
Devil Exhausts - approx. 5 Working Days (Depending on stock availability.)
HP Corse Exhausts - approx. 20-25 Working Days. (Built Specifically to order.)
Scorpion Exhausts - approx. 5-10 Working Days. (Built Specifically to order.)
All other Exhaust Silencers - approx. 5 Working Days
All Full Systems & Header Pipes are ordered at factory Level and as such can take from 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Powerbronze ALL Products - approx. 28 Working Days (This can be shorter but is based on 0 stock availability.)
All Clothing - approx. 5 Working Days (This will be longer for special order products so PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK FOR MORE INFORMATION.)
Luggage - approx. 5 Working Days
Parts & Accessories - approx. 5-20 Working Days (Depends on product(s) ordered. Contact us for more information.)
Nitron Shocks - approx. 15 Working Days (Built Specifically to order.)

For more information on delivery times please get in touch so we can inform you accordingly. Please allow a further 3-10 days for International Deliveries depending upon your location and the size of the item ordered.
All orders placed after a 1pm watershed point begin our processing procedures at 2pm the following day. (This will also be dependent on the information provided and our checking procedures. If this is your first order with us ensure that the Card Holders information, Registered Cardholders Address and the Delviery Address are all the same or this will flag our security checking systems and delay this procedure until we are satisfied that there is no risk to our business.)
Be aware that once 'Special Order' orders are placed thay cannot be cancelled as they are being manufactured to meet your individual order requirements.
All items are shipped as per the terms and conditions supplied by the courier in question. Bici Online (the1stopshops.com) takes no responsibility for this and reminds customers that as we try to ensure that the shipping rates provided are the most economical at time of listing it is the responsibility of the courier in question to deliver the product and do so safely & securely. We will do our best to aid in the tracking process but ultimatley this remit falls on the customer to ensure that they are available for product delivery to the registered card holders address. As per our other terms and conditions first time orders will only be delivered to the registered card address. Tracking information is posted on the site and provided upon request.
